Handmade Corn Tortilla Chips

This afternoon I made a fava bean dip and did not have any corn tortilla chips, so I decided to make some. I really like making my own corn chips because I can make them as flavorful or as simple as I would like

Corn Tortillas Cut

You can cut them smaller if you would like, but I prefer this hearty size for dips.
