- Cabbages
- Kosher Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Peel off dirty, or wilted outer layers of cabbage
- Quarter each cabbage lengthwise, keeping the core intact
- Liberally sprinkle quarters with kosher salt
- Rub kosher salt into each quarter
- Wait 5 minutes
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over quarters
- Toss with spoon or hand and thoroughly coat quarters
- Place on grill over low to medium heat
- Turn with tongs after 5 minutes or upon seeing grill marks
- When all sides have grill marks, and cabbage quarters are soft and juicy, they are ready
- Transfer to plates and enjoy
