Raspberry Kefir Oat Smoothie | | |

- 2-3 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3-4 cups kefir
- 1-2 Tbsp local honey
- Let oats sit in kefir for 5 minutes to soften
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth and thick
- You can successfully use a hand blender for this recipe
