Raspberry Kefir Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2-3 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3-4 cups kefir
  • 1-2 Tbsp local honey
Instructions
  1. Let oats sit in kefir for 5 minutes to soften
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender
  3. Blend until smooth and thick
  4. You can successfully use a hand blender for this recipe
