- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup cane sugar
- 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Melt butter in small bowl
- Add other ingredients and mix well until combined
- Scoop mixture onto a parchment or Silpat lined sheet tray, and spread out til about 1/4 inch thick
- Bake at 200 degrees F. for about 20-25 minutes or until mixture is melted together
- Take sheet tray out of oven and let cool completely
- Cut into perfect sized chips for your needs
- Chips are soft, so you will want to store them in a sealed container in your freezer, when you are not using them
- When you are ready to use them, take them out of the freezer and let thaw a bit and chop them up
