- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- Sprinkle sea salt
- Healthy drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- 3 grinds of fresh ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Clean brussels sprouts if necessary, by trimming stem and taking off outer leaves
- Place them in boiling water for 3 minutes
- Remove them and place them on wooden cutting board
- Cut them in half
- Place in bowl with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt
- Toss to coat brussels sprouts
- Pour sprouts onto a parchment or Silpat covered sheet tray
- Place tray in oven
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until brussels sprouts start to get some color
- Serve directly out of the oven
